Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us at destek@nerminkemal.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

We will review the case and either send a replacement or approve a return at no additional cost.

Size & Color Returns

If the size doesn’t fit or you’d like a different color, you may return the item. However, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Rejected or Undelivered Shipments

If a shipment is not accepted or collected, it will be returned to the sender. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct 40% of the refund amount.
